Watch out, watch out!
Isn’t that what we say? Look out for what’s coming our way so that we can avoid the consequences.
Here are 7 Times to Take Care so that we can find success through Christ.
Luke 21:29-30 tells us:
“And he spake to them a parable; behold the fig tree, and all the trees; when they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.”
We can’t afford to ignore the signs around us.
Luke 21:31 says:
“So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of god is nigh at hand.”
End Times are real. Let’s make no mistake about it.
Luke 21:32 cautions us:
“Verily I say unto you, this generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.”
God’s Word speaks to each of us. Directly to each of us.
Luke 21:33 is our call to eternity:
“Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.”
The truths in the Word are still truth, even after two millennia and more.
Luke 21:34 says to take heed:
“And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.”
We cannot afford to get caught up in living and get pulled away from God.
Luke 21:35 is our warning:
“For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.”
Life is unpredictable, but the coming of the Lord will surely happen.
Luke 21:36 gives us a way of escape:
“Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the son of man.”
Our relationship with the Lord is the most important decision we will ever make. Choose Christ today.
Watch out, watch out! Christ is coming! Let’s make sure we’re ready today!
