We can lose our keys, misplace our glasses, and even forget where we’ve put our wallet.
A woman posted on social media that she misplaced her tablet for three weeks. She searched everywhere only to find it sitting in the passenger’s seat beside her all along. The black case blended into her black upholstery, and it became invisible to her.
It was lost to her even as it was at her side all along.
Ah, that it should be so simple with our salvation. We search and search, trying to find the answers to life, and we don’t realize God is holding it out to us all the time.
We’ve lost our salvation through self-help programs, psychotherapy, and religions that promise no rules, no penalties, and everyone goes to heaven.
Psalm 3:8 tells it like it is:
“Salvation belongs to the Lord; your blessing be on your people!”
God is at our side offering us his salvation. It’s up to us to open our eyes and take advantage of his offering.
1. Believe on Jesus as God.
2. Accept his authority over your life.
3. Change to become like him.
God’s salvation is the blessing we can all have. Let’s accept it today.
