God intends for you to be a successful Christian.
He wants you to have life and have it more abundantly.
You are not destined for lack, because your God has all the resources in existence to fulfill your every need.
God will anoint your life for a future success you cannot contain. His Word decrees your dynamic progress forward into your role as his divinely inspired and guided child.
Our example comes from the life of Jesus in Acts 10:38:
“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.”
As a child and co-inheritor of the kingdom of God, you are entitled to the anointing and power given to Jesus as he walked the earth. These blessings are yours by right, and they are there for you to claim. You can and will be anointed just as Jesus was. You will experience the same witnessing power that flowed through Jesus.
Reread that verse. God anointed Jesus with the Holy Spirit and with power.
That’s what you get as a child of God.
Receive it. The Holy Spirit comes into you as a comforter and director of your footsteps in every difficult situation. Couple that with the power of God, and you become a package the devil will run from in fear.
How will the world know you’ve received (claimed) the anointings of Christ?
1. You will go about doing good. (Read it. It’s right there in the Word.)
2. You will heal those who are oppressed by the devil. (Emotional, spiritual, physical . . . they will all fall before the power of the Almighty God.)
These signs will be proof that God is with you, that God supports you, and that God is your Father and the ruler of your life.
The time is now to claim your anointings. The time is now to become what God has in store for you to become.
You find your success in God when you reach out and claim it.
