Spiritually Whole in Christ

To truly be successful in the fullest sense of the word, you must succeed in all aspects of life . . . not just one.

(John 14:6 ESV)

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Financial success is like holding one arm of a starfish. Without the rest, the creature is incomplete.

The animal can’t live a full life. Its potential will never be realized.

Our goals for success must include our family life, our leisure time, and our work relationships. There’s no area that can be left out. Our spirituality can’t be excluded from the mix, either. Our relationship with the Father, through the blood of Christ shed on the cross, affects every part of who we are.

The starfish is a whole creature only when all its arms are present and accounted for.

We become spiritually whole through salvation in Christ, and we achieve true, fulfilling success in the world when we include the people who share our days.

Disbelief is fine. Refusing to move past it when confronted with the truth cuts God to the quick.
