Success in Christ

English Audio Version

It’s easy to teeter and fall when we strive for success.

One wrong word, one wrong action, and our credibility is waterlogged. We’re no longer at the helm of the ship, and all the lighthouses have gone dark.

Even our success GPS has gone blinky-blink.

How is it possible to find our way through the storm?

Psalm 19:14 charts the course to success in Jesus:

“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.”

It’s our words that often trip us up. How easily do things roll off our tongue, only to come back and haunt us later?

To keep our words pure, we must keep our thoughts pure. By focusing our mind on the things of Christ, what we say will reflect the love of our Lord.

True success flows from Christ. When our heart is attuned to him, he’ll chart our way home.
