Your beautiful family, fractured by a divisive situation.
Your forever home, victim to a financial setback.
Your time with friends, taken by health and circumstance.
Even your attempts to rebuild what’s lost seems to sink you further into the morass that your life has become.
The Word tells us that it doesn’t have to be this way. John 10:10 says:
“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”
Here’s what you must know. The devil wants to smash your family unity. That’s his job, and he’s had millennia to practice.
The thief wants to kill every good thing about your life. Your home, your security, even your prospects for a better job. If he can bring you down, he can destroy you emotionally and spiritually.
Jesus is your chance for life, for a renewed family, for your finances restored, for your health and circumstances to be improved day by day.
Pay close attention to the final words in this verse. Not only does Jesus want you to have life, but he gives it to you more abundantly.
That means in excess. Lots of it. A better relationship with your family than before. A bigger house. More friends, better health, circumstances that will lift you out of your troubles.
Step into Christ. Live for him. Make today the day when everything you battle is wiped away, and your live is changed forever.
