The word *Site* may be used in place of MyChurchNotes.net for legal purposes within the Terms and Conditions. The word *User* may be used in place of subscriber/persons accessing MyChurchNotes.net.
MyChurchNotes.net owns and operates this Site.
Accessing and using the Site indicates User’s acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
User Information
In the course of use of the Site and/or the content or services made available within the Site, User may be asked to provide certain personalized information to the Site. The Site will hold all information in confidence and will not sell, loan, trade, or give aforementioned information to third parties without the express permission of said User.
All User information is securely transmitted via SSL. The Site uses third party vendors to handle all credit card transactions, such as PayPal and Authorize.net.
User is solely responsible for the accuracy and content of User’s information.
Use of Site Articles and/or Site Information
If User downloads or copies files (electronically or otherwise) from Site, User agrees to the following:
(a) Files may be distributed only in their entirety unless marked “excerpt.”
(b) If User distributes files by any method, including but not limited to email, physical media, and social networks, User may not charge for such files.
(c) User may not edit excerpts together; they must stand alone and be clearly marked “excerpt.”
(d) Files must contain the Site Name and/or Logo at all times.

All artwork and text within the Site is Copyrighted in the United States of America.
Trademarks
Trademarks, Service Marks, and Logos that are displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks, Service Marks, and Logos belonging to this Site and others.
Any information contained on the Site should not be construed as granting expressly or by implication any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without written permission from the Site or the third party that may own the applicable Trademark, Service Mark, or Logo.
Proprietary Rights
Using the Site does not entitle User to any ownership, interest, or intellectual property rights in any content, data, code, or material accessed on or through the Site.
Use of the Site or any content, data, code, or material accessed on or through the Site in any way other than expressly permitted is in violation of Copyright and other Laws of the United States of America and other countries, as well as applicable State Laws, and may be subject to liability for such unauthorized use.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Site may, at its sole discretion, revise or change these Terms and Conditions (in whole or in part) at any time without notice to User.
Changes in the Terms and Conditions will be in effect when posted on the Site.
Continued use of the Site and/or services made available on or through the Site after changes to the Terms and Conditions are posted will constitute an acceptance of said changes.
Linking to the Site
User agrees that any link made to the Site will link directly to the full version of an HTML formatted page of MyChurchNotes.net.
User is not permitted to link directly to any image hosted on the Site, such as using an “in-line” linking method so as to cause the image hosted by the Site to be displayed on another website.
User may not download or use images hosted on the Site for any purpose other than what is stated in this Terms and Conditions including, without limitation, posting such images on another website.
The Site reserves the right to discontinue any link to the Site and revoke the right to link to the Site from any other website at any time.
Disclaimer
The Site does not exclude any Non-Excludable Rights, but does exclude all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law, or statute.
Except as provided for by the Non-Excludable Rights:
(a) All content and services within the Site is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied;
(b) The Site does not warrant that the functions contained in any content, or that User’s access to the Site, will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Site or server which stores and transmits content to User is free of viruses or any other harmful components;

MyChurchNotes.net Headquarters and Offices are operated in the State of Texas and within the United States of America in accordance within the Laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America. The Site does not represent that the materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with Local and International Laws, if and to the extent Local and International Laws are applicable.
Permissions
MyChurchNotes.net has permission to send User emails or other electronic communication related to billing, ads, and so forth from the Site, so long as said emails are related to the Site.

Subscriptions
All subscriptions entered into between User and the Site are recurring (either monthly or yearly). The Site will attempt to notify User by email before each renewal, offering User the opportunity to cancel, if desired. However, the Site cannot guarantee the reliability of such email notifications and accepts no responsibility for cancellations until received by us.
Subscribing to MyChurchNotes.net subscription service, whether monthly or yearly, provides the Site with authorization that the Site may initiate and continue a recurring subscription until the Site receives a cancellation notice from User. The cancellation notice may be accessed under the Subscription tab.
All transactions entered into with the Site are conducted in U.S. dollars.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for services supplied by the Site.
